Animal Toast

Since we homeschool, we are literally home for almost every meal- unless it is our day at tutorial/Co-op. So I am ALWAYS looking for healthy and fun ways to get the kids to help me with lunches. Also- kids do get tired of the same thing all the time. So I like to give them variety. It is also is helpful to have recipes that are not very time-consuming as lunch is mid-day and right in the middle of our school day. So lengthy recipes that take lots time just won’t work!
