Autumn is the perfect time of year for baking. After a hot summer of avoiding your oven at all costs, cooler temperatures offer you and your oven the opportunity to be friends again. Suddenly, you feel the urge to bake everything. Delicious casseroles, roasts, and baked pasta dishes come to mind, and for dessert, a nice warm pie or cobbler!
