Instant Pot Mashed Cauliflower (KETO!)


  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • Butter (optional)
  • 1 Cup of water
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Cut the cauliflower into chunks.

  2. Pour the water into the bottom of the Instant Pot and insert the steamer rack. 

  3. Place the cauliflower chunks on the steamer rack. 

  4. Lock the instant pot in place and select manual. Set the timer for 3 minutes.

  5. Allow the Instant Pot to vent naturally. 

  6. Remove and mash. 

  7. Add butter, salt & pepper.
